A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fennel, strawberries, pineapple pieces on own juice (about 225 g), surimi (natural `170 g), friséesla (200 g), spicy lemondressing (bottle` 200 ml), baguette and cream baguette (`200 g).

Directions

  1. Clean fennel, keep fennel green separately.
  2. Flak the fennel and cut it into thin strips.
  3. Wash strawberries, remove crowns and cut into pieces.
  4. Drain the pineapple.
  5. Cut the surimi into pieces.
  6. In salad bowl mix lettuce, fennel, pineapple, strawberries and dressing.
