Sticky shrimp with coconut rice and beans
- 500 gram shrimp
- 1 look coconut milk
- 300 gram basmati rice
- 500 gram green bean
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seed
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 lime
Bring the coconut milk and 800 ml of water to the boil, add the rice and prepare according to the instructions on the package. Boil the green beans in approximately 8 minutes.
Heat a wok pan on a high stand and fry the prawns with the marinade in about 5 minutes until tender and golden brown.
Remove from the pan, let the marinade boil for a while and pour over the shrimp. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and coriander.
Garnish with a wedge of lime and serve with coconut rice and green beans.
