Chili with vegaspekjes
A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: white rice, sunflower oil, vegetarian bacon strips (a 150 g), paprika mix ((3 pieces), in pieces), chilibones (a 400 g), tomato cubes (400 g), flat parsley ((20 g), finely chopped) and sour cream (125 g).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon strips for 3 minutes on a high heat. Add the pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Add the chilibones and tomatoes and bring to the boil.

Turn down the heat and simmer the chili with the lid on the pan for 10 minutes. Mix the parsley through the sour cream. Add pepper and possibly salt.

Divide the rice and chili over 4 plates. Serve with a spoon of parsley.
