Pork tenderloin with ginger orange glaze

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Mix the sugar and broth and let the sugar melt on a low setting.

Put in the ginger, bring to a boil and boil for about 4 minutes.

Grate 1 teaspoon peel of the orange. Peel the orange thick and cut the segments between the fleece.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the pork tenderloins around on a high setting.

Place the meat in a roasting pan and brush with the glaze.

Sprinkle with (coarse) salt and bake for about 15 minutes in the oven. Turn twice in between and brush the meat with the glaze.
