Wholegrain pasta with sweet-potato spaghetti


Pasta dish with wholemeal spaghetti, sweet potato spaghetti, filet steaks, Chinese vegetables and spring onions.

Directions

  1. Clean the lime. Cut the fillets into cubes of 1 cm. Grate the green skin of the lime. Mix the grater with the chili and the oil.
  2. Scoop through the fillet cubes and thread them to the satéprikkers.
  3. Remove the stalk of the pepper, remove the seeds with a knife and finely chop the flesh. Grate the ginger and cut the spring onion into small rings.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil in a wok stir fry the wok vegetable with the pepper, ginger and half of the spring onions 5 min.
  5. Meanwhile, heat the grill pan and grill the skewers in approx. 8 min. Brown and done. Cut the lime into wedges.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the wholewheat spaghetti according to the instructions on the packaging. Cook the sweet potato spaghetti for the last 5 minutes. Let it drain well.
  7. Divide the spaghetti mix over the deep plates, scoop the vegetables, add the skewers and sprinkle with the rest of the spring onions. Serve with the wedges of lime.
