Mustard soup with cod
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, stir-fry mix (400 g), creamy mustard soup (a 400 ml), fresh parsley (a 30 g), cod fillet (300 g), baguette and butter or margarine.

Heat oil in soup pan.

Vegetable mix for approx.

3 minutes.

Add soup and bring to the boil.

Meanwhile, cut parsley finely.

Cut cod into pieces and put in soup.

Hold soup against boil and let fish cook in approx.

6 minutes.

Season the soup with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.

Serve with baguette and butter..
