Directions

  1. Fruit in sunflower oil the garlic and spring onions, add curry powder and ginger powder.
  2. Add ketjapmarinademanis, coconut milk and the lime zest to the pan.
  3. Put the fish fillets in the sauce, let them cook to the boil in about 8 minutes.
  4. Then scoop them on a bowl and season the sauce to taste with salt, the sambal bath jak and lime juice.
