Lentil salad with old cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: onions (in half rings), olive oil, garlic (chopped), ground cumin (djinten), ready-to-eat spinach, lentils ((400 g), drained), cherry tomatoes (halved), red wine vinegar and old cheese (crumbled).

In wok onion in 2 tbsp oil, golden brown fruit.

Add garlic and cumin and 30 sec.

to catch up.

Add spinach in portions, reduce and season with salt and pepper.

Remove spinach from wok.

Heat remaining oil, add lentils and heat for 2-3 minutes.

Mix to and vinegar and season with salt and pepper.

Put spinach on a scale and distribute lentils.

Sprinkle cheese over it..
