Heat the baking product and fry the onion on a low setting for about 5 minutes.

Add the slices of sausage, rosemary, garlic, pepper rings and mushrooms and stir fry for a few minutes at a high setting.

Add the cream and bring to the boil. Leave to simmer for about 5 minutes on a low setting with the lid on the pan.

Meanwhile, bring a large pan of water with salt to the boil and cook the spaghetti al dente. Drain and drain well.

Season the sauce with freshly ground pepper and pour in the spaghetti. Tasty with grated Parmesan cheese.
