Sprinkle the chicken fillet with salt and pepper. Cut the spring onions into rings and keep the leaves separate.

Heat the oil, fry the spring onion without the leaves and fry the chicken breast golden brown.

Pour in the chicken broth and add the silver onion. Stew at a low setting for 15 minutes.

Take the chicken out of the pan. Add cooking cream and mustard to the cooking liquid.
