Pork fillet with chestnuts and dried fruits

Sprinkle the meat with salt and freshly ground pepper. Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and fry the meat around brown.

Take the meat out of the pan. Deglaze with the soy sauce and add apple juice, meat broth, star anise and the southern fruits.

Heat, replace the meat and simmer for about 30 minutes. Add the chestnuts and cook for about 5 minutes.

Remove the star anise. Serve the meat sliced with the sauce around it. Delicious with red cabbage and potato chips.
