Chicken fillet with olives and coriander
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter, chicken breast, mini-jars (a 450 g), green olives, coriander (15 g) and carrot julienne (150 g).

Heat half of the butter in a frying pan.

Sprinkle the chicken fillet with salt and pepper and cook until tender for 10 minutes.

Turn halfway.

Heat the rest of the butter in another pan and fry the potatoes in 8 minutes.

Drain the olives and warm the last min.

With the chicken.

Tear half of the coriander roughly.

Finely chop the rest of the coriander and mix julienne with the carrot.

Spoon the chicken fillet with olives and potatoes on a plate.

Serve the salad..
