Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the herbs fine. Cut the cucumber into cubes of 1 cm and the spring onion in rings. Put the beans in a colander, rinse and drain.

Clean the lime. Grate the green skin of the lime. Squeeze out half of the fruit and cut the other half into pieces.

Drain the tuna lemons and collect the oil.

Stir in the couscous with 3 tuna oil, 1 tbsp lime juice and the rack (per 4 people) and mix in the herbs, vegetables, beans and cranberries.

Divide the tuna into pieces and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the lime and Turkish yogurt.
