Italian tinted endive stew
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumb potatoes, butter, beef sausages, red peppers (in strips), green peppers (in strips), semi-skimmed milk, pesto alla genovese (jar of 90 g, duo packing), sliced endive (400 g) and beef tomatoes (in cubes).

Peel the potatoes and cook them for about 20 minutes until done.

Drain and keep the cooking liquid.

In the meantime, heat the butter in a pan and fry the beef sausages in 15 minutes until done.

Add the pepper strips after 5 minutes and bake them.

Heat the milk, add it together with the pesto to the potatoes and stamp with the puree pestle into a coarse puree.

Put the endive and the cubes of tomato through.

If the mash is too dry, add a little bit of the trapped cooking liquid.

Spoon the sausages and the pepper strips with the stew and serve immediately..
