Fast pepper stew with beef strips and rice


You use green, yellow and red peppers in this stove. Beef strips, onion, garlic and paprika powder provide delicious smells from the pan.

Directions

  1. Bring a large pan of water with salt, if necessary, to the boil. When the water boils, add the rice, bring to the boil again and cook for 8 minutes until done.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat, drain the rice, put it back in the pan and leave it on the pan with the lid until use.
  3. Meanwhile, clean the onions and garlic. Slice the onion in half rings and the garlic fine.
  4. Heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the onion and paprika for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  5. Meanwhile, wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips.
  6. Add the beef strips and garlic to the pan and fry for 2 minutes on high heat.
  7. Add the bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add the vegetable sauce and the water and fry with the lid on the pan for 5 minutes.
  8. In the meantime, finely chop the celery. Sprinkle the stew with the celery and serve with the rice.
