Grilled burgers with chicory and paprika puree
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbly potatoes (in pieces), onion (finely chopped), minced beef, tomato ketchup (hot), olive oil, red pepper (in pieces), chicory, butter and milk.

Fry potatoes in approx.

20 minutes with a little water and a little salt.

Meanwhile, mix onion, minced meat, ketchup, 1 tbsp oil and salt and pepper well.

Forming 4 burgers from minced meat.

Grease the grill pan with 1 tbsp oil and heat.

Place burgers in grill pan and pepper next to them.

Burgers roast in brown and cooked until halfway through 7-8 minutes.

Pepper occasionally shovel.

Cut bushes of chicory in quarter.

Place burgers on a hot plate and keep warm (under aluminum foil).

Give away the rest of the oil in the grill pan.

Place the pieces of chicory in the grill pan and roast in 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Heat milk to the boil.

Drain potatoes and crush.

Stir in butter and milk with a generous amount of puree.

Stir in the pepper and season with salt and pepper.
