Steak du boeuf with au gratin


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (one kilo something crumbly), leeks, sundried tomatoes, liquid margarine, steaks du boeuf, grated cheese, parsley (30 g) and garlic.

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and cook.
  2. Preheat the oven grill.
  3. Clean the leek and cut into rings.
  4. To cut into pieces.
  5. Fry half of margarine in frying pan and stir in leek and toast for 8 min.
  6. Heat the rest of margarine in frying pan and cook steaks according to the instructions for use.
  7. Put the leek in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Turn the cheese into a light brown color for about 5 minutes.
  9. Parsley finely chop.
  10. Squeeze out garlic over frying fat and 1 min.
  11. Remove the meat from the pan.
  12. Add 200 ml of water and parsley to frying fat.
  13. Put the gravy to the boil and season with salt and pepper.
  14. Serve potatoes with meat, gravy and leek..
