6 oranges stripped of skin and skins
1 orange grated

6 twig fresh mint
6 pancake

Directions

A day in advance: put the tea towel in a colander and pour in the yogurt. Let the yogurt drain overnight. The yogurt turned into a hangop the next day.
Bake 6 pancakes and put them on 6 plates.
Put a big shovel on each pancake. Topped with orange slices, grater, mint leaves, pieces of rusk and sprinkles.
Roll up the pancakes and cut them in half. Serve immediately.
