Cut the chicken fillets into long strips. Mix with the curry powder, cumin, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Peel the pumpkin, halve and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into 12 parts. Clean the leeks and cut into slanted pieces.

Put the chicken in the steam basket. Place the steam basket over low boiling water and cover with a lid. Let steam for 1 min.

Put the vegetables on the chicken. Sprinkle the curry powder, cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Cover the steamer again and let it steam for 7 minutes.

Mix the couscous in a bowl with 500 ml of boiling water. Cover the dish and let the couscous heat for 8 minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste.

Put the couscous on the deep plates and put the vegetables with chicken on top. Cut the coriander above it.
