Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the onions into thick rings and the apples into thin slices. Spread the onions over the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper. Grease the pork tenderloin with the mustard and place on the onions. Bake the meat in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until the meat is tender.
-
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a frying pan. Fry the slices of apple in this setting for 10 minutes on a low heat. Keep the apple warm under aluminum foil.
-
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, set aside and also keep the meat warm under aluminum foil while you make the sauce. Spoon the onions on a chopping board and cut them coarsely. Put them with the bouillon tablet and 125 ml of water in a saucepan and let it boil down.
-
Serve the pork tenderloins sliced with the onion sauce and the warm apples. Delicious with mashed potatoes.
