Ratatouille with wheat


A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken fillet, onion, olive oil, Tarly (250 g), ratatouille-mix (400 g), pesto, black olives without pip and grated Parmesan cheese (100 g fresh).

Directions

  1. Cut chicken fillet into pieces.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Heat olive oil in pan.
  4. Chicken fillet around brown bread in approx.
  5. 5 to 8 minutes.
  6. Add onion and bake for approx.
  7. 2 minutes.
  8. Add tarly and bake for about 1 minute.
  9. Stir in ratatouille mix and pesto and bake for about 3 minutes.
  10. Add 1/2 liter of water and bring to the boil.
  11. Covered gently for approx.
  12. 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  13. Warm the olives for the last 5 minutes.
  14. Serve with Parmesan cheese..
