Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Squeeze out the garlic.
  3. Cut the zucchini into slices of half a centimeter.
  4. Fry the zucchini and garlic together for about 5 minutes in a frying pan with some olive oil.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, remove the core.
  6. Cut the quarters in half.
  7. Mix the eggs and cream.
  8. Season the vegetables and the egg mixture with salt and white pepper.
  9. Grease oven trays (1 p.p.) with some butter.
  10. Fill the dishes with zucchini, basil, tomato and mozzarella.
  11. Save some basil.
  12. Pour the egg-cream mixture over it and bake for about 30 minutes until the top feels firm.
  13. Meanwhile, fry the pine nuts in 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown without oil.
  14. Put the oven trays on a plate and garnish with the pine nuts and basil.
