Crispy tilapia with snow peas
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, potato slices (700 g), fresh parsley (30 g), flour, tilapia fillet (fish), spring onions, snow peas (frozen, 450 g) and tartar sauce (pot a 350 ml).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan.

Potato slices in approx.

15 min.

Brown bowls, regularly scooped.

Cut parsley very finely.

Mix half of parsley with flour, salt and pepper.

Cut the tilapia fillet into 4 pieces.

Cut the forest onions into rings.

Heat 4 tbsp oil in frying pan.

Turn fish through flour and cook in pan until brown and cooked, approx.

4 min.

On each side.

Meanwhile pea pods in plenty of boiling water with salt to taste in about 5 minutes.

Drain and put back in a pan.

Add the remaining parsley, 2 tbsp olive oil and pepper to taste.

Add spring onions to potatoes and fry for 1 min.

Spread fish, potatoes and snow peas over 4 plates.

Tartar sauce with fish..
