Directions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, stir-fry the meat for 5 minutes and scoop it out of the pan.
  2. Fruit, for the sauce, the onion and garlic in the shortening of the meat. Add orange zest, juice, sambal oelek, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, sherry and ginger powder to the onion and garlic and heat to a sauce.
