Chicken satay with bean salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast (diced), sweet soy sauce, white rice, cucumber, bean sprouts (250 g) and white wine vinegar.

Light the barbecue. Spoon the chicken with 3 tbsp kebap marinadeen pepper and salt to taste. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the cucumber into pieces. Mix the cucumber with the bean sprouts, vinegar and the rest of the soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Thread the chicken on the skewers. Roast on the hot barbecue in about 8 minutes brown and done. Times regularly. Divide the chicken satay over 4 plates and add the rice. Serve with the bean salad. Delicious with sambal.
