Penne with salmon, celery and cream cheese
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, celery (500 g), winter carrots (250 g), onion (in thin parts), olive oil, penne rigate (bag 500 g, pasta), salmon strips (250 g) and fresh cream cheese (with herbs (125 g)).

Cut the celery into 3-4 cm pieces and cut into strips.

Cut the winter carrot into pieces of 3-4 cm, put these pieces upright and cut into slices.

Stir fry the onion in the oil for 3 minutes.

Spoon the vegetables, reduce the heat and cook the vegetables in 10 minutes almost done.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, keep 150 ml of the cooking water.

Add the salmon strips and cream cheese to the vegetables in the pan, season with salt and pepper and add the cooking water from the pasta.

Bring the whole to the boil while stirring.

Turn down the heat and simmer the salmon in the sauce for 3 minutes.

Drain the penne and mix it with the salmon with vegetables..
