Vegetable pasta with artichokes, mushrooms, raw ham and pesto.

Let the artichoke hearts drain and collect the oil.

Heat 2 tbsp of the collected oil in a frying pan and fry the stir fry mix for 6 min. On medium heat. Change regularly.

Add the artichokes the last minute. Scoop and season with pepper and salt.

Meanwhile, cut the raw ham into strips.

Cook the vegetable pasta according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain.

Mix the pasta, pesto, ham and the rest of the collected oil with the mushroom mix. Divide the plates and serve.
