Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Place each salmon fillet on a piece of aluminum foil of 20x30 cm. Sprinkle the salmon to taste with salt and pepper. Press the cloves of garlic over the salmon and sprinkle the soy sauce and lime juice or lemon juice over it. Fold the foil up along the salmon and close (as packages).
  2. Place the fish packets on a baking sheet in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes. In the meantime, heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.
  3. Stir fry the spinach and let it shrink in 5 minutes. Season the spinach with the ginger syrup, salt and freshly ground pepper.
  4. Serve the salmon packages with the spinach with pandan rice, nut rice or yellow rice.
