Steamed salmon with onion-chive butter


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh chives (25 g), finely chopped), red onion (finely chopped), soft butter, salmon fillet (or salmon fillets of the same size, approx. 500 g), snow peas, sugar snaps, broccoli ( (200 g) and in florets).

Directions

  1. In a bowl mix chives and onion flakes with a fork.
  2. Season the herb butter with salt and pepper.
  3. Salmon with salt and pepper sprinkle and put in greased steam insert or stainless steel colander.
  4. Plant pods, sugar snaps and broccoli florets around salmon.
  5. Place steam or colander over low boiling water in pan (do not touch water).
  6. Cover and salmon and vegetables in 6-7 minutes.
  7. Place the fish on the plate, shovel vegetables around it and put herb butter on hot fish.
  8. Delicious with risotto..
