Wash the cucumber and pat it dry. There is an 'eye' on the peeler. Press it into the cucumber and gently pull the eye over the length of the cucumber. Turn the cucumber a quarter turn and do it again. Then do it 2 more times. Cut the cucumber into thick slices: they have now become fun figures.

Cut the cutlets in half. Sprinkle the shawarma spices over the meat. Put the breadcrumbs in a deep plate. Beat the egg in another deep plate.

Pass both sides of the cutlets through the egg, then through the breadcrumbs. Make sure that all sides are well covered with the breadcrumbs.

Heat the butter in a large frying pan. Put the schnitzels in the pan. Fry them on medium heat until nicely browned and done in about 7 minutes. Turn them occasionally. Add some garlic sauce and the cucumber figurines. Ready! Only the fries there.
