Meal soup with zucchini and white beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (firm cooking (bag 1 kg)), beef soup balls (30 pieces), olive oil, onions (in parts), garlic (pressed), basis for clear tomato soup (485 g), white beans ( a 330 g) and courgettes (in half slices).

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Cook the potato cubes in 300 ml of water until done in 15 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the soup balls in the oil around brown in a frying pan and almost done. Spoon the onions and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and stir-fry for another minute.

Dilute the base for clear tomato soup according to the instructions on the pot and stir in the soup balls with the beans and the potato cubes. Bring the soup to the boil while stirring. Add the zucchini, bring the soup back to the boil and cook gently for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve the soup in 4 bowls.
