Bring a pot of water and salt to the boil and cook the sprouts in it for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain.

Heat the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry at high setting, the bacon steaks are dark brown and crunchy.

Add the sprouts and sesame seeds and fry for a few more minutes.

Sprinkle the dish with the onion rings and serve basmati rice.
