Pad thai with snow peas and omelet
Fried noodles with coriander, eggs, snow peas and bean sprouts.

Soak the noodles from the cooking set for 10 minutes in warm water. Drain in a colander.

In the meantime, finely chop the coriander. Beat for the omelette the eggs with half of the coriander.

Add the spring onion and half of the chili flakes from the cooking set.

Heat the oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and pour in the egg mixture. Stir through, put the lid on the pan and cook for 6 minutes on medium heat.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok, add the snow peas and cook for 1 min.

Add the noodles, phad thai sauce, the bean sprouts and possibly the rest of the chilli flakes and stir 4 minutes.

Cut the omelette into strips. Put the noodles on a dish, divide the omelet strips and the bean sprouts over them.

Garnish with the rest of the coriander and cashew nuts from the cooking set.
