Lukewarm endive salad with smoked sausage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh endive, smoked sausage (traditional, 250 g), sunflower oil, potato slices (700 g), red pepper, apple, vinegar, mustard and sugar.

Cut endive into strips, wash and drain well.

Smoke sausage in hot water for 15 minutes.

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in 2 frying pans and bake potato slices according to the instructions.

Clean pepper and cut into cubes.

Peel the apple, remove the cores and cut them into cubes.

Spread endive, peppers and apple on four plates.

Stir in 4 tbsp oil, vinegar, mustard and sugar dressing, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle over endive.

Cut smoked sausage into slices, mix with potato slices and spread over endive.
