Tagliatelle with chianti sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, oil, minced beef, garlic (sliced), dried Italian culinary herbs, Provencal stir-fry mix (400 g), light red wine (eg Chianti), Tasty Tom vine tomatoes, fresh tagliatelle (refrigerator and 250 g) ).

Heat up in wok oil and chop over high heat in 2-3 min.

Stir in garlic, Italian herbs and Provençal vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut tomatoes into pieces.

Stir in tomatoes and wine with minced meat mixture and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes on low heat.

Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, tagliatelle in pan with plenty of boiling water with salt in 5 min.
