Crispy chicken with sesame rice

Directions

  1. Beat the egg in a deep plate. Mix the cumin in another deep plate.
  2. Pass the chicken through the egg and then through the panko-cumin mixture, press well.
  3. Heat half the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken over medium heat in 6 min. Brown. Turn halfway and add the rest of the oil.
  4. Peel and grate the ginger in the meantime.
  5. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the ginger and wok vegetable 2 min.
  6. Add the rice and the sesame seed and fry for another 4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve the chicken with the wok vegetable and sesame rice.
