Chicken with sage, bacon and tomatoes

Cut the chicken fillets open lengthwise. Place a piece of parchment paper on top and flatten the fillets with a pan or rolling pin to about 1 cm thick.

Place each fillet on a sheet of aluminum foil. Mix the sage with the garlic and salt, spread this herb mixture over the chicken and roll up the fillets.

Fold the breakfast bacon around it and stick a skewer through.

Place the chicken, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold the packages tightly and roast them for about 15 minutes on the barbecue.
