Lettuce trays with steak, peach and sesame dressing

Directions

  1. Cut the lower part of the lettuce heads and remove the leaves.
  2. Heat a grill pan with 1 tbsp sunflower oil on medium height and grill the steaks in about 6 minutes around golden brown and rosé inside. Let the meat rest under aluminum foil.
  3. Clean the grill pan, put it again on the heat source with the rest of the sunflower oil and grill the slices of peach briefly until nice grill stripes appear.
  4. Beat the ingredients for the dressing together. Put the lettuce leaves on plates. Cut the steak into thin slices and spread over the lettuce.
  5. Put some grilled peach, bean sprouts, carrot and red pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with the dressing and lime wedges.
