Cauliflower cappuccino with curry cream
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter, cauliflower (in small florets), chicken broth (homemade or from 3/4 tablet), milk, oil, curry powder and whipped cream.

Melt the butter in a pan, pour the cauliflower through it, place the lid on the pan and smother the vegetables gently for 2 minutes. Add the stock and milk and let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes.

Puree the soup with a hand blender and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the curry powder until it smells. Stir in the cream and pour this mixture directly into a bowl. Beat the curry cream almost stiffly.

Spoon the soup into 4 hot coffee cups and spoon a spoonful of curry cream.
