A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, nori skins (pack of 10), sesame seed, avocado, lime (squeezed), sesame oil, oakleaf lamella (100g), surimisticks ((150g) and in slanted slices).

Directions

  1. nori sheets in dry frying pan in 30 sec.
  2. roast on both sides until crispy green in color.
  3. nori sheets let cool and tear into coarse strips.
  4. Sesame seed briefly in a dry frying pan and allow to cool.
  5. Cut avocado and sprinkle with half of lime juice.
  6. Rest of lime juice and sesame oil until dressing, beat with salt and pepper.
  7. Drain oak leaf lettuce with dressing.
  8. Distribute surimi, avocado and norirepen.
  9. Sprinkle salad with sesame seed..
