Directions

  1. Halve Avocados, remove kernels and hollow out.
  2. Store hollowed-out avocado peels.
  3. Grate fruit flesh with finesse and cayenne pepper.
  4. Peel the garlic and press on the avocado mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fill in hollowed avocados with cream mixture.
  7. Divide shrimps over avocados.
  8. To toast bread, cut diagonally and serve with avocados..
