Celery salad with smoked meat and spice mayonnaise

Place the celeriac strips in a bowl with cold water and squeeze the lemon above.

Clean the radishes and keep the leaves.

Cut the radishes into slices or parts.

Mix the mayonnaise with the cream, horseradish, dill, parsley, salt and pepper.

Mix the oak leaf lettuce with the radish leaves and spread over 4 plates.
-
Drain the celeriac, pat dry and scoop the radishes over the lettuce.
-
Sprinkle with half of the spice mayonnaise.
-
Garnish with florets of smoked meat and spread the rest of the mayonnaise over the salad.
