Broccoli with herb butter
Vegetarian dish with lemon, garlic, chives, parsley and broccoli.

Clean the lemon, grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.

Press the garlic. Slice the chives and the parsley.

Mix the butter with the grater, garlic, chives and parsley. Season with lemon juice, pepper and salt.

Spoon the herb butter into a piece of aluminum foil, make a roll and put in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.

Cut the broccoli into florets and boil in a little water and salt in 4 minutes until al dente. Drain the broccoli and shake with pieces of herb butter.
