Rösti omelette with salmon slices


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, oil, rösti (frozen, 600 g), eggs, smoked salmon chips, mustard honey dressing (bottle of 250 ml) and lettuce with garden herbs (200 g).

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, rösti bake for about 8 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, break eggs over large bowl and beat with salt and pepper.
  3. Rösti and salmon slices by egg.
  4. Put the mixture into pan and let it coagulate until omelet in approx.
  5. 10 minutes.
  6. In bowl, mix dressing with lettuce and spread over four plates.
  7. Cut omelette into pieces and lay next to lettuce..
