Pancakes with hüttenkäse and artichoke
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: artichoke hearts (400 g), cottage cheese (a 200 g), tomato tapenade (a 140 g), pancake portion mix (pack of 2 bags a 135 g), milk, mixed salad (200 g), yoghurt dressing (bottle a 450 ml) and butter or margarine.

Let artichoke hearts drain and cut into pieces.

Mix cottage cheese with tomato tapenade.

Make pancake batter with milk according to instructions.

Mix lettuce with dressing.

Heat butter in frying pan (diameter 20-22 cm) and bake 4 pancakes.

Spread pancakes generously with Hüttenkäs mixture.

Divide artichoke pieces and roll up pancakes.
-
If necessary, reheat in microwave.

Pancakes serve with lettuce..
