Ingredients
Directions
-
Mix 75 grams of butter with the garlic, chives and lemon zest and keep separate. Dab the steaks dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
-
Heat the rest of the butter in a thick-bottomed frying pan. Let the butter become hot and wait until the foam dries.
-
Put the steaks in the pan and keep them moving. Fry the steaks for 2-3 minutes.
-
Turn the heat source a little lower if the butter turns brown. Turn the meat over and bake for a medium sized steak for another 2-3 minutes.
-
Wrap the steaks in aluminum foil and let rest in a warm place. In the meantime, cook the green beans in about 7 minutes until al dente.
-
Heat a frying pan on high setting and add 50 grams of the chive butter. Fry the prawns in 6 minutes until tender and golden brown.
-
Place the steak on a plate with the prawns. Serve with the green beans, sprinkle with the parsley and add some of the chive butter.
