Mixed grill with potato and corn
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red wine, red wine vinegar, garlic (pressed), fresh thyme (finely chopped), sausages, bacon steaks, hare chops, corn cobs (in leaf), olive oil, potato wedges (in the peel (425 g)) and steaks.

Mix the red wine, vinegar, garlic and thyme in a bowl. Prick a few holes in the sausages. Roll the sausages, bacon patties and pork chops through the marinade and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Light the barbecue. Allow the meat to reach room temperature and pat dry with kitchen paper. Put the corn on the barbecue and grill for 20 minutes. Turn regularly. In the meantime, spread the meat with the oil. Grill the sausages, bacon patties and pork chops on the barbecue griddle in 15 minutes until tender and brown. Times regularly. Meanwhile divide the potato wedges into 4 portions and wrap each portion in aluminum foil. Cook for 15 minutes on the barbecue. Grill the steaks 5 minutes on the barbecue medium until done. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Delicious with crème fraîche and barbecue sauce.
