Minced with pappadums
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lean (ground beef), mild Indian curry paste, tomatoes (in small pieces), pappadums natural, tzatziki, fresh coriander (finely chopped) and mango.

Heat a frying pan and stir-fry the minced meat with the curry paste in approx. 5 minutes. Stir in the pieces of tomato and to taste salt and pepper through the mince and let the minced meat simmer for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, let the pappadums become crispy, according to the instructions on the packaging in the microwave. Stack them on a plate.

Spoon the tzatziki into a bowl and mix in the coriander. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into long thin slices of the kernel.

Spoon the mince into a warm dish. Put all the ingredients on the table and let everyone invest their own pappadums. Delicious with spinach salad with mustard honey dressing and basmati rice.
