Stir-fry dish with roast beef
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, egg, red pepper, garlic, roast beef steaks à la minute (about 300 g), bamboo shoots (225 g), oriental stir-fry oil (bottle of 250 ml), nasi / bami vegetable mix (400 g) and sweet soy sauce.

Prepare according to instructions.

Pepper, halve, remove seeds and cut into strips.

Garlic peel and chop.

Cut roast beef steaks into quarters.

Let the bamboo shoots leak and rinse in sieve.

Heat in wok oil.

Vegetable mix stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Add roast beef, garlic and pepper and fry for about 1 minute on high heat.

Add bamboo shoots and fry approx.

1 minute.

Add ketjap marinade and heat for approx.

2 minutes.

Serve it with Mie.
