Couscous with gyros and apricots


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, couscous, onions, garlic, veded apricots (with orange flavor (250 g)), (olive) oil, ready-to-cook wok vegetables (400 g) and gyros meat strips (approx. 400 g).

Directions

  1. Prepare couscous according to instructions.
  2. Peel and chop onions and garlic.
  3. Cut apricots into quarters.
  4. Heat 3 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry onions, garlic and wok vegetables for 5 min.
  5. Heat residual oil in frying pan and bake gyro strips.
  6. Cut apricots by couscous and divide them into four plates.
  7. Create vegetables and gyros..
