Couscous with gyros and apricots
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, couscous, onions, garlic, veded apricots (with orange flavor (250 g)), (olive) oil, ready-to-cook wok vegetables (400 g) and gyros meat strips (approx. 400 g).

Prepare couscous according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions and garlic.

Cut apricots into quarters.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry onions, garlic and wok vegetables for 5 min.

Heat residual oil in frying pan and bake gyro strips.

Cut apricots by couscous and divide them into four plates.
